Leopold Eschke's electric motor doesn't work because the copper wire he used in the motor is too thin, causing it to overheat and melt. Additionally, the battery he used to power the motor is not strong enough to provide the necessary current to make the motor run. Finally, the design of the motor may not be efficient or effective in converting electrical energy into mechanical energy, leading to its failure to work properly. **

Leopold II and Hitler both committed atrocities and human rights abuses, but their historical contexts and actions were different. Leopold II's exploitation of the Congo Free State resulted in the deaths of millions of Congolese people, while Hitler's regime was responsible for the genocide of six million Jews and millions of others during the Holocaust. While both were responsible for horrific crimes, their motivations, methods, and the scale of their actions were distinct, making direct comparisons between the two figures difficult. **

However, it's important to note that nursing homes may have specific requirements for the level of care they can provide, so it's best to inquire directly with the facility to ensure they can accommodate the individual's needs. Additionally, some nursing homes may specialize in caring for individuals with specific disabilities or special needs, so it's important to research and find a facility that can provide the appropriate level of care and support. **
