Sami communities can also be found in Russia, Finland, and parts of the Kola Peninsula. Yes, historically the Sami people did use stone tips for their arrows. These stone tips were often made from materials such as flint or quartz. However, with the introduction of metal tools, the Sami gradually transitioned to using metal arrowheads instead of stone tips. Today, traditional Sami crafts may still include the making of stone arrowheads for cultural or historical purposes. **

In Germany, it is generally not common to skip courses or classes. The education system is structured in a way that students are expected to attend all classes and complete all required coursework. However, there may be some flexibility for students who have already completed similar coursework or have relevant experience, and they may be able to receive credit for those courses. This would typically require approval from the academic institution and may involve an assessment of the student's prior learning. **

Skipping physical education class is not recommended as it is important for overall health and well-being. However, if one must skip for a valid reason, they should communicate with their teacher or school administration in advance and provide a legitimate excuse. It is important to follow the school's policies and procedures for excused absences and make up any missed work or activities. Regularly skipping physical education class without a valid reason can have consequences such as lower grades or disciplinary action. **
