Based on the description provided, it seems that the English language skills of the flight attendant/steward are slightly advanced but insufficient. This is indicated by the fact that they can understand and respond to simple questions and requests, but struggle with more complex or detailed communication. It is important for flight attendants to have a strong command of English to effectively communicate with passengers and ensure their safety and comfort during the flight. Therefore, it would be beneficial for the flight attendant/steward to further improve their English language skills to better fulfill their role. **

In Skyrim, you cannot appoint a specific steward of your choice for your homesteads. The game automatically assigns a steward based on the housecarls available in the hold where your homestead is located. Each housecarl has specific dialogue options and abilities, but you do not have the option to choose a steward from outside the pool of available housecarls. **

Additionally, you may need to complete certain quests or reach a certain level of progression in the game before you can appoint a steward. **

To hire a steward in Skyrim Hearthfire, you must first build a small house and then furnish it with a bed and a chest. Once the house is built and furnished, you can then recruit a steward by speaking to the steward of one of the major cities, such as Falkreath, Morthal, or Dawnstar. The steward will then agree to move to your new home and help manage it for you. Keep in mind that you will need to have the necessary funds to pay the steward's salary. **
